- Product changes can be made within 48 hours of order placement.
Cancellations After Manufacturing:
Once the manufacturing process begins, we incur costs that make cancellations more complex. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order is applicable.
Cancellations After Shipping:
After your order has been shipped, cancellation incurs a fee of up to 50%. However, we're committed to making this process as smooth as possible, considering individual circumstances.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as bespoke, made-to-order, and custom products, including special orders and personalized items, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or unauthorized installations. We kindly request you to ensure that the product's size is suitable for your doors and entryway to avoid installation issues. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges and Replacements:
If you encounter transit damage or defects with your product, we offer the option for replacement of the same product. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, we will automatically issue a replacement for the same product.
